-rep uses "anti-cheat" software that injects past VAC in the EXACT same way as cheats do. Likely has real cheats built in and lies about using them

I've stood one up with the same server config (though it may take some tweaking). It is on a different ip/port, but you should be able to connect: tf2.digitalflophouse.com:27206
