Former excellent CS clanned player from 1999-2005 mostly as "[AKA] Gangsta" former XBOX COD clanned player from 2006-2013 as "[NRT] Gangsta" and unclanned "ChillinZX" on other games currently. I've owned a number of CS servers most famously the "Elite Server" where I would hand out cash money to good players like the free-to-join 100 kill tournaments where first to get 100 kills gets $100, 1v1 and up, ladder tournaments, and also custom modified Psychostats (no stats would generate with less then 5 people in server, sniper weapons have least points, hand guns would have most points). Monthly I would hand out cash to top 3 players in Psychostats and reset for next month via PayPal. My final year I hand delivered 1 large award to 1st place on another separate custom psychostat, $1,000 cash and a custom gold plaque "Counter-Strike Player Of The Year" with winners gamertag name and my personal signature, that award was for 1st place in Psychostats from Jan 01 2005 through Dec 31st 2005, massive award for just playing online, no sponsors. I've also modified an optional anticheat (not valve) software to boot people not using approved skins and running other programs linked to CS files to prevent hacking, it was very successful. Some have complained that it took a while to connect, it was because my anticheat was basically scanning your computer through your open CS port. I've also modded earlier CS versions to spawn half-life monsters and helicopters into the CS game during play to add some excitement. How could I afford to hand out money all the time you ask? If me or my boys win it doesn't cost me, but if you beat us you got paid for it, because you proved yourself, and there was a line of people trying to get in my server, even hours before I reset the map for the 100 kill tournaments. Some semi-pros in CAL chimed in as well, but they didn't stay long, lol. Why didn't I go pro? Didn't have time, didn't have the right group, we did do CAL but had to forfeit many games because we all couldn't get together due to our work schedules, yes I said WORK schedules, as in we are grown-ass men making a living, but we were good if not the best when together, and we could never physically get together for LAN or any sanctioned event because we were from all over the world, but we did occasionally step in for other clans as a backup. Now that I'm aging, I've lost my edge. I built a few bad-ass computers for myself, my son, my daughter, and my wife. Nowadays I play games like Killing Floor 2, Elite Dangerous, Star Wars Battlefront II, Modern Warfare, and some other 150+ games in my library. If you find yourself playing with me, your playing with an old legend.
