Too bad Steam doesn't have a "maybe" recommendation.
Basically, the game is a micro-controller simulator. You try to achieve tasks by wiring chips and writing microcode for them.
If you know nothing about programming and basic electronics, I'd suggest you stay away from this - later puzzles get really brain-breaking even for somebody who does.
If you are a professional in the area - most likely stay away, too. First - there is no need to bring your work into your entertainment. Second - it would probably be too easy and primitive for a pro.

But if you are somewhat in-between, like me - a high-level developer, for example, or a programming and electronics enthusiast - then, by all means, do check it out. It's a lot of fun and, also, a good, simple enough, sandbox to just have fun.
