I've had access to the program for a few months now as he's been developing it, and even though I normally don't use programs like this, I really enjoy having DecentIcons on my desktop.

Part of the appeal for me is it's so easy to set up and then just start googling cool wallpapers for these games and throwing them on. You can really set up a kind of common theme for the images you plan on using, and further customize them with the program itself. When you look at your desktop and see all these awesome wallpapers lined up for your favorite games, it actually makes me more excited to play them.
