Re: Koi-Koi. I don't know that I'm really capable of judging AI strength in general myself, but when it comes to point-based decisions in the final round, it's kind of blatant. If you're down 5 points, and have completed only a 1-point yaku, the only logical thing to do is keep going; stopping at that point means an automatic loss. Conversely, if you're ahead at that point, and will win with that 1-point yaku, you have nothing at all to gain by pressing your luck with a koi-koi. In this case, the computer routinely fails on both sides on that scenario.
