I might not be the biggest fan of the roguelike genre, but this is annoyingly addictive.

I was worried I was only getting one slice of pie for that price. Like a few levels/chapters only and being left wanting or having to buy more and more. I kept getting surprised when the game opened up another level, and then another. When it finally was finished, me and my gf had spent half a day solving these amazing riddles and were happy enough to finally be finished. Though the story was fun and left us wanting to hear the sequel.. We'll buy it. You bet.

The only thing which bugged me was that the characters looked rather low res at times, which threw me off, as the rest of the game was so damn crisp and stylish. I even told my gf that I would love a large print of the first artwork on the wall inside miss Rubys apartment on our own walls!

Hardest riddle? Spent a good bit of time on that damn bird. We had tried throwing the fish "there" initially, but must have missed the "sweet spot" and moved on to other ideas which obviously weren't working.

100+ hours into my second "survival game" (The Long Dark being the first, but it got pretty boring in only 50h) after a few years of hardly playing anything.

It is early alpha, but still well worth the money I've spent, and it is so addictive that I don't even feel ashamed about spending 100h, sitting on my macbook and avoiding the real work I should be doing on it. As an early release it seems the devs are constantly working on it - fixing glitches or problems that are being reported as well as listening to the players about where to go and what content to add. I'd say this is worth time and money even if it were a finished game - the fact that it is going to be twice as good makes it a 100% thumbs up.
