Possibly one of the greatest first person shooters developed, due to its unique style, character diversity and likeable personality. Though slightly hampered by the occasional chat spammer, multiplayer is relatively enjoyable overall.

Would definitely recommend this game to people new to the genre - learning curve is quite shallow and the ingame tutorials as well as the community guides do much to aid new players. Those coming from a different FPS, particularly more formal and "FPSish" games like Battlefield or CoD may find it a bit hard to adjust to the different playstyles, but everyone adapts eventually.
