Amazing game. Choices are impactful and you can push any direction you want. At the time of writing this just completed my 1st playthrough, now waiting on the DLCs to get discounts and probably starting all over. Its that good.

Update: Slo-mo issue has been fixed, game is great when played on steam deck with remote play to my PC.
The devs are actively answering bugs, feedback and are quick on updates. In the current state I recommend this game and it will only get better from here (notably could use lighting / performance improvements)

Game is fun and challenging! But bugs and performance prevent me from recommending it at the time of writing this.

-the devs acknowledged the poor performance of the game especially around damage numbers and lighting effects (i.e. some skills triggering lightning strikes, that will drop you on sub 70fps on a RTX3080).
Can only wait and see for this one.

-Related to that, Steam deck performance is obviously pretty bad. Was running low graphics and 1/4 - 1/8 texture resolution and still drop at 17fps during combat.

- In order to help with this, I was playing on my steam deck through Steam Remote Play: the game was ran on my PC and streamed to the deck. It worked fine, until last update where Remote Play has a 100% bug repro for me where the entire game, even in town, is stuck in slow-mo. Restarted the game many times, both my devices, even created an entire new game in a different save slot but the bug is still there when using Remote Play.
The slo-mo bug has been acknowledged in their latest steam post, but I can't look past this game-breaking one.

Cannot recommended until fixed.

Update 2: Major problems all seem fixed, stability wise. Some minor UI issues still occur such as missing icons (white squares), but nothing as bad as the original review yet.
Changing back to recommended as the game is extremely fun when it works :)

Update: Most obvious UI bugs seem fixed. We had multiplayer issues where both players would get game breaking errors that would only allow us to return to main menu. Last patch notes might have addressed that but I'll check next week.

Original review:The Major update from September 18 completely broke half of the UI on PC and some menus are barely working.
In every single screen I lose about 25% of the screen because for some reason I'm hovering over my equipped weapon, even if its not showing.
Enchantress is unusable
In game, while looking at your whole deck, half of the cards disappear sometimes

Game was great before. I rarely make reviews but I had to warn others on this messy update. Do not recommend currently
