Discworld DnD. Planescape Elysium. Political satire. Goofy humor. Serious dialogues. Ebbzzness. D20 rolls match this provocatively genious absurdity on a perfect level.

It's a majestic blend of Disco Elysium and DnD, despite a bit crazy colour palette. Really nice that you can select the font you like.

Un-optimized*, lewd and very simple** guitar hero, filled with AI-generated music***.

* Serious FPS drops, long loading times
** Adding just a few mechanics from Rift of the NecroDancer would be great
*** The tracks you "create" during the last part of the demo - sounds like total AI. I expect more clarity about that on the Steam page. Playing through such a track was a pain for my ears.

One of the best adult roguelike deckbuilders, but (extremely) grindy and difficult: after 25h I gave up and installed mods from the workshop that helped me finishing the game. For reference, I didn't give up in Slay the Spire. In Last Evil, the default randomization of finding a rest spot and a merchant is just terrible and it is very difficult to assemble a good deck.

We need more games like this one:

+ time-to-lewd: short;
+ art/vibe: fantastic;
+ scenes: a lot. They do not have tons of variations or angles, but:
+ animations: I'd say the most decent 2D animations for lewd games. Made with soul;
+ point & clock: logical and easy;
+ nice sounds.

As cons, I'd say this:
- controls/UI could be a bit better (like, clicking on small hearts is not really a fun idea; I'd also prefer faster movement with Shift). But these are not a game-breaking issues;
- to check the gallery, you need to open the last save - slight inconvenience;
- there are only automatic saves in the beginning of the chapter. I once exit the game in the mid-chapter, and then found out that I have to repeat actions. Welp. A bit annoying.

I finished the game pretty quickly as I remembered almost everything from the 2-chapter demo that I played a few months ago. The full version has 4 chapters + sort of epilogue.

Given that this was a first game by the dev, I was ok with going through the grind, clunky navigation and non-intuitive quests (mind, this is with the "Complete rework" dlc, plus using walkthroughs), but the soft-locks and quest/game-breaking bugs stopped me from playing it. It's a pity as the game has a well felt dark vibe and a decent art style.

final update: "S&M Studio" that barely produces a real S&M content. The game is more focused on watersports for some reason rather than on other kinks. One - final - scene is close to an S&M party. Dear writers, buy tickets to Wasteland in Ams or Berlin and check what a real kink S&M party is like. Or at least read "Sunstone". Or watch educational videos released by Kink University. The majority of the scenes in the game are quite typical avn scenes, surrounded by boring writing and bothersome minigames and grind. I expected much more after FLs, which had more vibe, drive and SM exploration.
5 Fetish Locators out of 10.

update #1: Khm...
1) I have to say that the sandbox - even being developed nicely - significantly increases the TTL (time-to-lewd). Within first 2h of sandboxing, you don't see a lot of scenes. And the scenes you see are barely kink/sm (you get them much later). Options in sandbox often conflict with each other. Also, sudoku and repeat sequences mini games are becoming quite boring after some time. I recommend to play without mini-games, at least there's this option. And probably without a sandbox in total. It's nice, but it just wastes player's time.
2) After all the kinky developments in FL1-2-3 it's painful to see the slow progression and regression in this game. It tries to appeal more to newbies, not to those who finished FLs. E.g., "You have discovered that Min likes watersports". Wow, what a surprise. And so far there's not much real S and M compared to previous FLs.
3) They invest to much into the story of new characters, this IT company no one cares about, etc. Writing for the sake of writing, not much good story to follow up on FL. I turned on "skip all" after 3h. Also, it supposed to be about the studio, but in fact you're just juggling other works.
4) So far there were no choices in the lewd scenes. (on 4th hour, some choices appeared. really little)

original 1h review:
A worthy sequel to Fet.Loc. 1-2-3. Good visuals. The free roam/sandbox UI is pretty clean compared to other avns. Mini-games are... ok-ish (at least, not frustrating so far). The writing n story are back to being suitably silly compared to nonsense (imho) of Tab.Uni. Will update the review when finish.

Update 3 - I finally've finished this mess. But the game itself is not finished and suggests that there will be a 2nd part... Really? You've got to be kidding. Let's go over the details.

- it took me 6.5h for one full playthrough with full uncen patch;

- there was a message that I unlocked 40-smth scenes/images in the gallery. This is BULL*IT.
First, gallery is not available in the main menu.
Second, in the in-game gallery, I am able to see only 9 pictures, 4 of which are NON lewd, and 2 are static. And it is missing the scenes that I've unlocked.
Third, some scenes during the game were only text ones, or barely animated.
Fourth, two final scenes - orgy and battle - are completely disappointing. Just short animations of sprites, no full-screen art. Comparing, e.g., to Tales of the Moon demo, animations there are fun. They are not fun in these scenes.
Fifth, there were only few decent full-art scenes. Keep in mind, that's WITH the uncen patch. What the hell people are getting without it then?
That's it. For 6.5 hours of the game. And I'm a fast reader, it can take you 8-9h. Or 12, if you get lost in the forest and dungeons. Or run into bugs. Or try to play the game the way, which is suddenly is not approved and supported by a developer.

- Yes, there are always opened territories, but acc. to the forum, you should not go there. Combine this with empty journal. Yay.

- Game has relationship grades and there are notifications when they are upgraded. I had a lot of nice dialogues with Tatiana but she still hates me acc to the game. Even that she said that she loved MC and wanted to have an intercourse. What where relationships for then? Why do I need to know if a random guy hates me or is neutral? Doesn't make any sense.
Btw, you can't speak with your LI, if you suddenly have any, there are no repeated scenes, and, practically, there are no direct heavy lewd scenes with you and possible LI (played as a male MC). I don't think there are any scenes you can repeat in-game. But there are plenty of empty locations where nothing happens.

- Game starts strong with the plot and the writing, but deteriorates after the half. Quite some phrasing feels rushed and childish. The end game is a bit disappointing (Deus ex machina style). Plus, if you die in the prologue you'll understand +- how they are going to finish the second game. No idea why they decided to show the cards this way.

- Bugs. Typing "e" while saving the game asks to delete the save. Quests are bugged. Map is bugged.

- Map is horrible. First of all, it's freaking empty and boring, second, dungeon doesn't have door numbers indicated on map. Hey, I'm not playing morrowind, I came here for a specific content, right?

- Battles are boring. You stuck with 2 actions + spell and potion through the whole game. There's no challenge. At all. I died once when I suddenly went on a wrong quest and ran into a too powerful at that point enemy.

- Village upgrade is kinda useless - ok, you shrug off the attacks, and can craft more things, but you don't need 'em as there's plenty of powerful loot on the map.

- There are a lot of interactions, which can be just streamlined as a visual novel. Clicking several times "finish dialog" and going between few locations to start another dialogue is not a gameplay.

Final thoughts. In update 2 (read below) I gave it 6.5 out of 10. Now it's 5. Game does not have enough lewd scenes. It is bugged and obviously not playtested enough. It tries to be a serious RPG, but it fails to deliver as the plot and writing gets worse, you mostly don't have choices or they are meaningless, battle is boring. The only thing I really liked is that they moved dialogues to the right part of the screen. The game needs a good rework - reduce maps twice in size, put numbers on the doors, give different names to the mines, fix quests, fix saving, close locations when they should not be accessible, make map automatically switch layer to where the player is, fix bad writing (esp mid and late game dialogues), fix gallery, and, most importantly, ADD. MORE. FULL-SCREEN. LEWD. CONTENT. FOR. F. SAKE.

- old updates below -

update 2: these things are REALLY annoying me: 1) utterly long save procedure; 2) maps bloated with empty tiles (1 enemy per 10 tiles); 3) no fast travel - and sometimes you need to go back between some characters; 4) journal that does not reflect quests - literally, you have a main quest, but it is not marked in the journal. Good luck if you forgot what was in the dialogue and went to explore the wilderness; 5) journal has finished quests staying there as active (Bogdan); 6) centered map is not working correctly in few locations, and in some dungeons there's no map at all; 7) there's no choices in the story where I'd like to see them. There are some that are important, but a lot of choices do nothing, and in some important moments we don't have any.
Also, even with the uncen patch, I don't see much scenes/art aon, expected a bit more tbh compared to the previous games. Right now I give it 6.5 due to technical sloppiness that could have been avoided. I feel that there was not much of QA and beta-testing involved.

update: quite decently animated 2D scenes. Plot is still good. Still not finished.

So for 2h of a clean playthrough (and it feels like I've just started), I saw one text lewd scene, images of someone shaving my MC balls, and a guy taking his snake for a walk right behind my male MC, lol... I'm playing with uncen patch which you can find in the news, but still didn't see a decent lewd scene. I guess this game is for the patient ones. With all that in mind, I'm still hooked on the game:

+ writing is better then Book of Bondmaids (sometimes it still becoming street-language though)
+ the story is good so far
+ great style
+ easy fight system, the game kinda feels as an RPG with all these inventory and journal stuff

But, the game is clunky:
- "eye" icon in the low right corner is absolutely missable. And it's important to progress with quests and loot. I don't understand why it can't be turned on by default and never switch off;
- to save a game takes quite some time. It's really slow, at least on mac. This, and all the big work on the inventory and items system - why not to upgrade to Unity instead of a RenPy?
- not all the quests are reflected in journal, so you can simply forget about some stuff;
- a lot of choices in the game does not affect anything. Why they are present then?

Anyway, this is a great build up from the previous game in the series.
The gameplay now is close to Knightly Passions, Void's Calling and HOROS Web of Shadows.
So far it's a yes despite of clumsy UI.
Gonna update the review after finishing the game and hopefully finally seeing some good lewd scenes.

I love it. If you like classic point n click quests, or e.g. "Jerry Wanker" or the recent "Tales of the Moon" demo - grab this one. Yes, the lewd animations are not at the level as in some latest AVNs, but this game is about an actual gameplay and vibe.

I'd say that UI could be better, but it's not bad. Good music, good text, fine story for an adult game, and a funny and suitable "superpower". I hope there will be a DLC or a new game.
