last week's change random region had already ended for only 1day and steam's config(download region) affects on DbD matching.

if you want to present and appeal taking fair stance to your friend, it's better to delete inconvenient comment...
but i think all you need to do was deny cheats and provocation.

two Thai laggy players who make trip to japan region, played with repeated blink, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gestured, and said such as "ez" after the game.
and he is VAC player.

I hope you will be banned against your CHEAT, like you used to be.
