Been playing since November from the Demo and can highly recommend this game. A shooter fighting game with some nice characters who happen to have their own playstyle. Story mode and challenges will keep you busy for a while but online is the best feature. Rollback netcode? Yes please! Highly recommended.

I've been anticipating this game since Gamester81 announced it on his channel and on the All Gen Gamers podcast. It's been so long but the wait was worth it. This is a great game for those who love NES style games or those who like a good challenge. It's a pretty hard game for sure but if you've played NES games before, you know what you're getting into. Thankfully it has unlimited lives with the only penalty for losing is returning to a save point, you even keep your current stats and items so you don't have to go through the trouble of getting them again. My only gripe was the Up + Attack button setup that allowed you to use an item as I kept using them by accident, but thankfully that's been patched so you can disable it now. The only other thing that I believe players may have a hard time with is the final fight as it's cryptic as what you are suppose to do. Took me a while to figure it out and it's the only thing I suggest you look up as there are no hints as to how to beat the final boss and it's already hard enough as it is.

Overall, I like this game. The NES aesthetic is spot on, the music is amazing, and the controls are smooth and very responsive. Highly recommended.

This game is a blast. It is difficult to get a grasp on at first but once you do, it turns to a really frantic experience. Clearly this was meant to be an alternative Smash Bros.

The gimmick here is you can't stop jumping. You have the option to stand on the floor and dodge (called parkour in this game) but that's really it. You'll be jumping for the most part in this game. However, to add to this mechanic, they added a pogo system where you can bop the head of your oppenent, Do these in a chain and you can get a Super move. You also have other moves similar to smash but mainly from those in the air.

With a nice number of characters to choose from and many more coming, I'm sure going to enjoy this game for a while.

Great game but really hard. This game uses the keyboard to move and mouse to use your weapon. Because of this, you'll end up with a cramp as this game is difficult. It starts off easy enough but it doesn't take long before it gets hard. I was nearly screaming from the difficulty of some of the puzzles as the enemies swarm you relentlessly. I swear, the puzzles were designed to give you a disadvantage as you have to get the timing of everything right. From the exact position of the enemy to the exact spot where you must fire your weapon, some puzzles require you to be in rhythm at the exact second to have a chance. It's that hard.

Yet, regardless of all that, I beat the game in 3 and a half hours. My left hand hurts like heck but I beat the game nonetheless so it's not all that bad.

I'd say it's a great game. Good graphics, nice soundtrack, decent story, easy to understand controls, you can even use a controller but I didn't had one that was compatible. If you do have a controller, I suggest you use it because your hand will hurt after dying over and over again.
