Great game.

It's TRASH

Here's a question. Did you enjoy Shadow of Mordor? Did you wish it was longer, has multiple difficulty modes, and a refined Nemesis system where you can shame, recruit, and betray the army? This is that game and its great.

This app fits together with the SquatToBegin plugin for Beat Saber very nicely. With that I almost kissed my thighs goodbye after an hour of this.

The lack of DLCs in this package says it all. This VR port is even more rushed than Skyrim's. Yes I know if you buy the DLCs on the flat version of Fallout 4 you can copy them and add them via configuration stuff but this is not the way to treat your VR customers. The hefty visual downgrades is also not worth playing.

For shame Todd Howard.

It's Call of Duty it sucks

Worth buying if you can pick it up when it goes on sale.

Works great for games like Payday 2, the GZDoom engine, and even Minecraft. Anything that lacks native borderless window mode can do its trick, with some exceptions like Red Orchestra 2 multiplayer.

Also do note that this is free on GitHub though buying it on Steam does give a bit of support to the maker of this software.

Basically much more of what made the original DOOM fantastic. A new powerup, the addition of a super shotgun, and more enemy types and a new boss character, and that's a good thing back in the mid 90's. Also as of August 10, 2022, this game also packs in the master level pack and the Final DOOM content for an additional challenge (Plutonia PTSD intensifies), if you're wondering why Final DOOM got delisted on Steam.

As well, take the sourceport route such as GZDoom, or some of the multiplayer ports like Zandronum and you'll notice that the majority of the mods, map packs, and servers depend on the WAD for this game. Infinite replay value here!

Amazing shooter and lightsaber mechanics that still holds up today. Plus a healthy modding community helps keep this game going.
