This is just absolutely dreadful. Terrible. No words can describe the absolute mess that both Square Enix and Deck Nine have brought to this "franchise", or., worse, the "max and chloe saga" as they like to call it for some reason. Leave Dontnod's characters alone. This is worse than the cringiest fanfiction a 13-year-old teenager could write in an afternoon.
