One more thing, i would highly recommend that you run this server on a different pc than the one you're using to play, it would be less laggy, and even better if you ran it on a pc that has Windows Server 2008

hey, sorry, i was gone for a little when you asked for my help. but anyway, to edit the .cfg files, you need to right-click, select properties, and where it says "command shell prompt" there should be a button next to it that says "change" click that and change it to notepad. and apply.

now right click and edit. when you go in you should already have some defults, change it to your liking, but the more you allow, the more laggy the server will be. if you experience problems with connecting, then message me again, that is the real part that most servers have problems with and i need to be online to help you with that one, or e-mail me at Someone920@gmail.com just because it may concern personal information.
