A bad cheater who can't play at his own ELO rank (5K Premier) decides to use a radar hack to boost his rank to a skill level where he clearly doesn't belong and probably shouldn't even be there in the first place. I just don't get the logic why not improve your game, or better yet, use a program so you have to rely on it because you simply don't belong there?
