Guild Wars is the absolute best MMORPG/Online RPG every bestowed upon the human race, now re-released with added compatibility for modern systems. It has cross-save and cross-play between Steam and mobile, which means you can play this classic on the go now. Nothing makes a car trip better than the prospect of playing Guild Wars during.

The game should be well known by now, but in a nutshell it is a semi-MMORPG as you only encounter other players when in a hub, such as towns and outposts. Outside of the save hubs are "combat zones", which are instanced to your party. You select two classes per toon, with a ton of build diversity on offer. My favorite aspect of this game is that the numbers remain low, so don't expect to pull off 1,000,000 damage or have multiple skill bars, as all characters are limited to a maximum of 8 total equipped at a time.

If you have never played Guild Wars, there is no better time to jump in and give it a try.

Played mostly on Xbox, so please forgive my playtime numbers here.

The game is a ton of fun. It encourages team play and really captures that "raid run" feel from MMO's but with the gameplay of an arcade beat 'em up. It's a good time solo or with a group and the ability to cross-play makes it a real winner in my book. It's well worth the price if you're even somewhat interested.

A great visualization of Dagon. Doesn't overstay its welcome and stays faithful to the text.

It's a solid platformer featuring a personal favorite of mine, Pac-Man. The Pac-Man I.P. is ripe for this sort of "wacky" take, in my opinion, so this game is exactly the kind of thing I want to see from Bandai Namco.

Also, runs great on Linux (Steam Deck, Legion Go S, & Void Linux).

A challenging but rewarding souls-like with an ARPG framework. This one is a solid EA title.

It's EverQuest if SOE had outsourced the development of that game to a team living in the year 2024.
