Picked up Melatonin because I'm an avid rhythm game fan and have been seeing it around quite often. Despite the resemblance, don't jump into it if you were hoping for it to be anywhere near Rhythm Heaven's level.

I was thrown off quite a lot on several stages due to it's odd choice of visual/sound cues which was at times way more disrupting than it is helpful. The music wasn't really anything memorable, though they were sweet. The hard difficulty was for the most part just a BPM increase and made the game feel a lot more as if it was a memory game instead of a rhythm one.

Overall, I'd say it was okay for the price. Both casuals and rhythm game fans could definitely enjoy it a moderate amount and I'll still be aiming for the sweet achievements.

Absolutely phenomenal VN. I'm usually not a big fan of this genre but Jiangshi x Daoshi went far beyond my expectations. With the perfect balance of comedy and action this VN got me super hooked. I love the memorable characters, the art, the story, the animated scenes, the wonderful soundtrack, and just everything about it. Super hyped for whatever they have in store.
