Do not waste your hard drive space on this game. CS:GO was killed for a half-baked mess, and every single core mechanic is worse now than it was years ago.

The anti-cheat is a joke. VAC Live does nothing, and every other Premier match turns into a hacker circus. You constantly face fresh accounts wallhacking through mid or spinbotting through smoke. Valve refuses to implement a real kernel anti-cheat, forcing normal players onto Faceit just to get a clean lobby.

The bullet registration and sub-tick system are garbage. "What you see is what you get" means getting shot two feet behind concrete cover. You click a guy's head, see blood splatter, and the server says you hit zero shots before he instantly 180 headshots you. Spraying feels floaty and random.

The ranking system is straight ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You win three games for a tiny 100 points each, then lose one match with a disconnected teammate and get docked 500 rating. Matchmaking throws global elites and day-one beginners into the exact same lobby.

On top of that, everyone you play against acts like they run aim trainers 14 hours a day in a sweat lodge. You peek for a millisecond and get deleted by a running headshot from a level 1 account. Between the ultra-sweats, smurfs, cheaters, and broken servers, this game is completely miserable. Save your sanity and play anything else.
