This game gets a lot of bad rep for the stupid descisions the developers make. They've gone against the wishes of the community in the past and made more than their fair share of downright terrible updates, but that doesn't make the game terrible. Especially since the developers don't usually keep something broken for long.

Every day I see some veteran complain about the game. "Whaaaaa shotguns suck now", "Whaaaaaa CMM is gone", instant negative review. I've sunk a lot of hours into this game, and I'm the last one to argue in favour of some of the choices SD has made, but the game at its core is still good. Even if there's some ♥♥♥♥ here or there, it's still Dirty Bomb, the same game it was on release.

Dirty Bomb is still an amazing game, and no, it's not dead, and the devs haven't "ruined" it no matter how much the overly dramatic negative reviews here try to tell it. No P2W, fast movement speeds, great gunplay, a good mix of cartoony graphics and realism, enjoyable characters, a high skill cieling, etc. I could go on and on about why I love this game but that's not the point of this review. It's that while the game has its share of shaky updates, it's still the best PVP game I've ever played
