大佬求好友位

今天是躺平摆烂的阿神，好久没有这么摆烂了，蟹煲、椰汁、游戏、电视…连零食都不是坚果！喝的不是蛋白粉！吃得也不用计算蛋白含量！甚至不考虑禁食时间！

蜷缩在书房的藤椅上，摆烂出了快乐
除了喝酒，其他近期没有做的都做了…

感觉超级nice…虽然长久没有吃得这么油腻，每次久违吃一顿都会有点顶胃，但也在能接受范围内…

我健身开始的一个理由都是为了提升基础代谢能力然后随意躺平，烂出健康…但健身以后，身体很快乐，慢慢就会失去初心，开始追求身体的快乐，而非摆烂的肆意。
不过都有一两个月的那么几天，会是我的摆烂日。

嗯最近三刷《天盛长歌》
目前我在朋友圈刷的最多的话：
“倪妮的凤知微简直扭曲了我的审美。”（以前我不会欣赏这种较为硬朗的女孩，现在……超级爱啊！）

天盛长歌是那种好剧差一点，但烂剧谈不上的可惜之作。导演功力不算太好，想承载的东西又太多，编剧又不太给力。
好在演员的演技拯救了这部剧。
这导致喜欢的人很喜欢，不喜欢的人十分钟都看不下去。

如果对演技有追求，喜欢这种相互成全，真情实感的剧，可以看一看这部剧哪。

推荐看DVD版本。
剧当初拍了100集，但被删到了70集，TV版又剪辑到了五十多集。
所以尽可能还原剧情本身的，还是要看70集版本的。

除夕快乐~提前说声新年快乐~这两天要过年了，家里在打扫卫生，就很早睡着了，然后睡得早，醒的也早。基本都是深更半夜就醒了有点小苦恼。
不过今晚大概会不太一样，因为我们这里可以烟花爆竹，虽然因为各种原因，经济不太好，大家没啥钱了，但总有一些人家里要燃烟花的。
而且每年总有一些熊孩子，在街上放炮竹，每到这个时候我都不怎么敢上街……
想想小时候，我也是敢手拿着炮竹点燃不扔，就炸在手里的勇士。现在年纪越大，越小心了……好吧，就是胆小2333
除夕夜，大家团圆饭要好好吃，就地过年的童鞋也不要伤心，大家云上课、云办公都过来了，云团圆饭谁说不是饭捏~
最后还是快快乐乐过大年~

最近用notion管理我购买的kindle电子书单，发现2020年居然花了1k+在电子书这一块，可是全部看完的内容，却少之又少。
很多看完了的书籍，现在回忆起来也不如小时候的那般清晰。
