As soon as I read the following: "old engine" or "outsourced" or "pronouns ew!"
or "seeing lgbtq+ hurts me" or "not enough caucasians" or the all-timer:
"most gamers are straight white boys so that's who companies should cater to"...

I stop listening, because you're either a child, on a crusade, or in a cult,
and likely have no earthly idea what you're talking about.
