If for some reason you want to approach me about joining a team, don't.
You can add me to play together sure, then after we do you can ask me.
If you add me and desperately beg me to join your team last minute, or vote for it on some non-existent site I will just block you
If I want to find a team to play with I will use an appropriate site for it, thank you...
