Early Access Review
It is ok, but in its current state it looks more like a collection of ideas and mechanics rather than a well-designed game. It is far too casual for a game that seems to be about collecting rare skills and items to make strong builds, creating powerful team builds, grinding level ups on everything (character levels, their equipment, sect upgrades). Looking at the available skills for my characters I had some ideas for synergies, but I feel no need to bother with that since the combat is trivial and the rewards for combat are not even that good, even mostly unnecessary for your sect / character progression.

There are three main dungeon modes: vampire survivors-like, loop hero-like, and some dungeon crawling that is similar to loop hero but without the loops. There are also some combat modes, but I haven't tried sect war yet and the boss rush maps seem to be early prototype and are straightforward to finish. Overall, the combat seems poorly balanced: some skills are very weak, some are very strong, generally combat is too easy.

Your main character traits that are picked during the game start seem to be unimportant and generally I can't care much about the characters in the sect since nothing interesting is happening. Resources are abundant and there is no problem to get a lot of "rare" resources. This is a stark contrast to some other cultivation games, like Amazing Cultivation Simulator, where resources are hard to obtain and it feels rewarding to get them.

Overall, game is pretty chill, there are many promising mechanics, but the balance is off, the game is too easy and most interactions and player actions feel unrewarding.
