One of the best WW2 first-person shooters. Hard enough to be fun.
More about tactics than shooting skills, with realistic (as game could be) bullet trajectory, artillery strikes, tank fighting, etc., but still not requiring manuals "how to use your rifle".
From the times when game developers didn't do games for kids for maximizing profits and tried different solutions, even bad and useless, that did this game unique.

Pure joy of exploration.
In this game you'll feel like an inexperienced child who is exploring the game world with no idea where the relationship between what he does and what comes next is. Or maybe he knows, did he just turn off the yellow adventure line and do something wrong, knowing the sad outcome of his actions, to make the game world feel the full range of emotions of despair? Because the choice is the best part of being a real person.
The sad thing is - the game is short. And so I went back to everyday life. But maybe it should be like this. Did I really think I have a lovely wife?
9.99/10

P.S. I found this game quite late, but I'm glad I had some fun in times of Chinese Corona madness. Maybe you get some too?

After all this years this game is still masterpiece.
Updates are released every 10 years, so it never gets old.

The moment you realized that both, the game and the bonus chapter, are no more than an advertisement for pancakes and pie. Hopefully the developer's cooking skills will grow up and we'll see another chapter with waffle recipe.

CS:GO Review
I really love this game but it was ruined by cheaters.
Seriously, I can forgive this game new skins pack that steal another 2GB from my HDD, but when you lose your rank because of guy who shooted through walls in head (and still not banned after 2 months!) you're asking yourself - why developers can't be more responsible in cheating problem? Why we can't at least take practices of other companies? Why Blizzard can and Valve not? Everyone knows how cheats for CS looks like and devs can't track most common chets engines?
This is old, really old problem. And common. Developers talks about low percent of cheaters not because there's few cheaters but because they were banning few cheaters.
But, you know, "market rules".
