+rep absolute beast, Turned a game of 1:14 around to a 16:14 by encouraging the team and taking down 2-3 players each round. It was a life changing game for us. We had two toxic players, hoffman talked to them and made them one unit with the team. These guys became best friends and now share a flat in Berlin - Insane guy.
