Whilst not as innovative and expansive as first teased, there is still a fun game here. There are lots of cool locales to visit, some excellent side-quests and an enjoyable main story. Combat is better than ever and there's plenty of perks to level up your character in different ways.

Performance can be a bit disappointing in busy cities, but for the most part is fine.
