This game really surprised me. It does follow the path of other games in the genre, but give's so much more player freedom and choice. Far more engaging than a lot of other options out there. The different classes are all really fun too!

Fantastic remake. I played the original when it came out 97. This remake is what i expected out of the original, being able to walk around in this wonderful world of Riven. Really love the puzzles that require environment navigation and logic. Highly recommend to anyone who likes unique world building, atmosphere, and story telling.

The updated gameplay, lighting, controls are fantastic. It holds true to the feeling of Tomb Raider.

The art is another story, if you can call it art. While the character model updates look good, with creatively updated villains etc. They clearly used AI art to make the environments in this LAZY "remaster". The original had artfully created textures that felt and looked great, if not a bit busy, but its an older game so that makes sense. The new texture "art" barely conveys what the pixel art did. human-made brick walls become ambiguous blobs of color and patterns. There are a few nice touches with additional plants.

Luckily you can switch back to classic mode at the press of a button.

This remaster is only good to play on updated hardware, and updated controls, the art aspect is sadly disappointing with over reliance on ai.

Fantastic art direction and visuals. Great gameplay, all the characters feel really powerful, so it ends up feeling balanced.

Wonderful game, very relaxing, fun and lets you think outside the box. The world is so pleasant to be in as well! It feels like it has inspiration from Superliminal, Portal, and Stanley Parable.

Haven't finished it yet, but highly recommend.

Fantastic game. Quickly became one of my favorite Immersive Sims. Feels like it takes all the elements that are great from other Immersive Sims and brings it together into a single game. The game has a fantastic diegetic inventory, equipment, and buying and selling.

Can't wait for the final release of this game. If you like Immersive Sims, pick this one up right away!

Great game, lots of options, lots of story. You can play any way you want

This is a FANTASTIC party game. I highly recommend it if you have a few friends over and some controllers. Lots of different modes to find something that appeals to you and tons of customization to modify those modes to your likeing. 10/10 Would Hide in Plain Sight Again!

I enjoyed how the humor and references were worked into the game. It has a slower pace to it, but but it's enjoyable. My only complaint is the menus are a bit rough around the edges other than that I recoomend it to people who are fans of adventure games.

I really enjoyed this game. It was a very interesting way to tell a story using a house and it's contents.
