I seriously do not understand the thinking of the devs. Once again the game is broken, just like the last major update (which btw was a year ago). I get having to move your studio and COVID, but this was a serious problem for Paradox even before those two events took place. Seriously, this game is great, its just such a shame that fanbase and reputation of the game gets abused.
