Temtem is a tem out of tem.

Seriously though, if you like Pokemon or other creature collection type games, you'll like Temtem. It's really well made with nice graphics, great animations, and a battle system that has some unique touches to make it stand out. Battles are 2v2 focused and there are synergy techniques that receive extra effects or bonus damage if your partner temtem is of a specific type. It's great to see other players running around and to be able to interact with them.

I backed this game on Kickstarter. The very first alpha build was released in November 2018, and I've played the game at several steps along its development. It continues to get better and the developers continue to communicate with the players about what they are adding and how development is progressing.

The early access launch was a little shaky, as many online game launches tend to be, but the developers pushed through multiple patches and it's already much better. I am confident that they will continue to add features and content to the game and that it is well worth playing for anyone who is interested.
