Ingredientai:
Miltai 380 g
Kiaušiniai 1 vnt.
Vanduo 120 ml
Druska 1 žiupsnelis
Faršas 500 g vištienos ir kiaulienos padalintas vienodomis dalimis - įdarui
Prieskoniai: (pagal skonį - įdarui) 1 žiupsnelis
Svogūnai 1 vnt. įdarui

Kiaušinį lengvai išplakite (kad trynys susimaišytų su baltymu), į kiaušinį įberkite žiupsnelį druskos.
Gautą kiaušinio mišinys pilkite į miltus, pastoviai minkydami, po truputį į miltus supilkite vandenį ir tešlą gerai išminkykite. Išminkę tešlą ją kočiokite ir formuokite koldūnus.
Įdarui maltą vištieną ir kiaulieną sumaišykite maždaug vienodomis proporcijomis ir pagardinkite mėgstamais prieskoniais ir smulkiai pjaustytu svogūnu.
Prie koldūnų galima paruošti lengvą padažą. Sumaišykite po šaukštą grietinės ir majonezo, įmaišykite šviežių žolelių ir skiltelę smulkiai supjaustyto česnako.
