As far as a pre-release test bench for the next arma title goes, this is great!

Of course there are bugs on the day 1 release as with any title, let alone a title that is essentially a testing bed for ARMA4.

The improvements and base features included are amazing and bode very well, even in the early stages, for the next ARMA game.

Point light shadows, dual render scopes, stock radio systems and a general graphics and performance improvements are just some of the many improvements already clear on day 1 of release.

The game had a bumpy start with glitches and horrendous performance issues but over the last year has come leaps and bounds addressing these issues and adding new content. The game now performs great on my GTX 970. It's one of just a few games that pushes teamwork in the right direction resulting in some great memorable and immersive gameplay experiences.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an authentic WW2 experience
