False banned in beta, no way to talk to a real person about it.

Amazing style and great game mechanics. I love the character designs.

The game was alright while I was playing it. Not significantly different from MW2019. However, after playing a few games then logging off to play a different game all together, I've come back to find that my account was banned. They didn't tell me for what reason or give any indication of what might have caused the ban.

I've never cheated on a game before and I've never tried to cheat on this game. Activision has wrongfully banned me and left a permanent mark on my profile that wrongfully defames me.

When I submitted a ticket for this issue with Activision they said that I was using "unauthorized software" and was "manipulating game data". They wouldn't tell me what program triggered the ban or what kind of data was being manipulated. I don't believe my ticket was even reviewed by a person, that is how little Activision cares about their players and the issues that they cause them.

If you don't want a false ban on your account I suggest you steer clear of this game and all other games by Activision in the future.
