AITA for inadvertently murdering 37 people?

I was just minding my own business in the roads of my urban city with some molotov cocktails and pipe bombs when suddenly a bus carrying, according to the police report, 58 people, rounded the corner going at approximately 45 mph

I was stunned that a bus would have the audacity to round the corner whilst I was playing with dangerous explosives in the street, and I might have accidentally thrown a projectile into the front windshield of the bus. The bus driver, claiming to be "stunned" by "the explosion of fire on his windscreen from an absolute maniac", then lost control of his vehicle and veered onto the sidewalk, where, after hitting two pedestrians, he rammed into my stockpile crate of high explosives.

Anyway, I'm in court right now two months later and some people claiming to be the "grieving family members" of the deceased and injured are saying hurtful things about me and my actions. So, AITA?

After a good game in csgo, i added him because he seemed like a cool guy. We got chatting, over the next couple of months we became good friends. Lots of banter, lots of great CS and most importantly true friendship.
I invited him to my house for a csgo lan party. He said he was coming so i was looking forward to meeting him in real life.
When he arrived at my house, he pushed me against the wall and started nibbling my ear, i felt his hard bussy push against my leg. I punched him and then 1 tapped him. Turns out he was gay. Don't trust this guy:steambored:
