What 8 year old me had dreamed of back in the early 2000s.

I really enjoy this game even though it started out quite slow and tedious with the grind.
However, once you begin to buy more lands and uncover new tools and skills, the world is opened so much more!
My turning point started once I got the thunder rod and was able to quickly mine resources for experience and crafting.

Reading negative reviews of this game, they mostly talk about the problem of items obstructing the way and resources popping up too frequently. It really isn't much of a problem once you start building paths and fences in my opinion!

A tip for pretty much free paths if you're struggling with resources is to use a slime pickaxe while adventuring (everything drops slime) + creating slime paths/fences once you have that unlocked. Very cute and practical too!

I love the little puzzles and dungeons the dev had put into the game, but it does take some time for you to get to them since it requires buying land. The little Legend of Zelda references here and there are also really nice.

One tiny problem that would be nice fixed are the gates since I get stuck in them sometimes.

The game was great!
Controls were easy.
The ending was really nice, very heart-warming, and totally didn't make me cry.

10/10 would feel again.
