The story of the game is pretty much the same, with a little change here and there, but nothing catastrophic. You can really feel the level of detail, but not in the graphics (which are amazing, too), but in the similarity with the game from 98. In the easter eggs, too. This game can easily become your new favorite RE if you haven't played the one from the 90's. And the performance? This engine is not to be missed, runs smoothly in my computer just like a baby's butt. Not that I put some butts in my computer to see the difference, that's not the point. I really recommend this game, with full price. If it's on sale, don't waste your time, go buy it. It's worth every cent, you won't regret it. And yeah, you can complete the game in 6 hours the first time you played, so what? It's still worth it, and the game makes you play it over and over again, it won't be repetitive, not with those rewards

So yeah, 8,8/10 I would say.
It's not perfect, and the fact that your rank in the compaign depends on your time, forcing you to speedrun is kinda disappointing.

I really, really hope Capcom is working on Resident Evil 3 REmake, because on this one they did a pretty good job.
