It's obviously an engine issue so tweaking settings will not fix the stuttering. Poorly optimized pc port that needs some proper work. They're all focusing on fixing irrelevant elements when the fundamentals are a shit show. Have been tested on my threadripper 3990x with a 3090 and my i9 12900k with a 3080 ti and both gets drops from 60 to 18-21 fps every 5-10 minutes.

This game has clear programming issues and even if you're not getting absolutely crippling frame drops in some places it needs to be fixed. I'm glad some of you aren't getting affected that much but there are likely still frametime stutters that you're not noticing.

it is just something that the company needs to fix and there will be another patch at some point. people just need to be patient. i hate those that say oh get a better computer yea clearly this is a game issue.
