Pros:
A relic from the origins of Final Fantasy
You can pretend you're playing Final Fantasy 1 for a second time
Reminds you how good other entires in the series are
Once you beat it, you never have to play it ever again

Cons:
436,864,694 encounters for every twenty steps you take
Needlessly frustrating status effects from almost every battle
No incentive to fight most battles since it's not an XP system
weapon leveling system is awful and tedious
can't even grind due to really low caps on enemies
95% of rooms in a dungeon are empty and exist simply to make you take another fifty steps and therefore 1,092,161,735 more encounters
The ambush rate is incredibly high. Combined with status effects like STONE, this can lead to an immediate party wipe without even playing a turn
Gear system feels terrible and useless
Storyline follows no logic - without spoiling, the character development is laughable
Is not like Zelda II where it was unique enough to be enjoyable. This is just FF1 but worse in every way.

This game is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with. If you're a fan of the first one, or clicker games in general, this game has the potential to blow all others out of the water. The ball is in the dev's court, and at the moment the outlook is bright.
