Game still causes my machines to blue screen even years later.

Regardless on what I play this game on it will cause my machines to BSOD.

No workshop addons

I was being paranoid and ran memtests, gpu stress tests, and cpu stress tests on all my machines. All passed.

The BSODs are undeniably being caused by ARK.

Fix. It.

I cannot recommend this software.

The deciding factor for me buying it 2 years ago was that they promised that they would add a cascade feature to the software because I use a lot of terminal windows to monitor servers on multiple 4k windows and it is annoying having to manually size each one everytime i startup my computer.

They promised 2 years ago that they would implement the feature in a future update.

So I purchased the software waiting for the notification that never came.



They no longer support this software.

They didn't stand by a promise and I cannot recommend this software.

I've use the Adobe Suite for years, but ever since I discovered this I find myself going back to it more and more. It is faster than the Adobe Suite. It can be used on really low end machines as well.

Pixeluvo has the more important features of Photoshop for a far lower fee and without a subscription.

Thank you Pixeluvo creators for making this software. It has improved my workflow.

Here is some info for people that want to know something about VR. I was able to run this on my laptop. It has a GTX 950m. Yes there are times when it lags down to about 40fps and you WILL feel sick when that happens, but that is what I have to work with when I am not at home. I will be building a mini ITX build to have at my place of work to run this program.

I will be having the schools art department taking turns with this. Truly inspirational technology.

I'm not going to be a douche about this game by giving it a thumbs down, but I simply can't play this game because it isn't supported at a 4k resolution. Everything is so small and there aren't any UI scaling options to make things bigger.

It looks like a really fun game so I won't give it a thumbs down, but just know that it is unplayable at 4k so I won't be playing it.

Worked in the beginning. No longer works and the devs aren't answering questions anymore.

Only recorded at 30fps max.

I do not recommend.

It's November 11th of 2015 and I've been using CPUCores a lot more recently for ARK.

The game is terribly optimized and I've got an i5 4670k and a GTX 760

I can only play the game on medium with 30-45ish fps.

When I ran ARK using both Dimmdrive AND CPUCores that jumped to 38 min, and what i noticed was 40-60 average with a max of 64. That is incredible. Way to go Tim.

I noticed something that you said in the stream and it help true!

You may not notice a MAX FPS increase, BUT you will see a MIN FPS increase.

What this means(just like you said in the stream) is less stuttering.

Your cpu isn't jumping back and forth between cores to to le maths haha.

I recommend this for people with medium to high end computers.

I hate this game. Please read this, I gave it a thumbs up and you will see why.

But that doesn't mean it isn't a good game.

This is just not my type of game.

I don't like the combat system, I don't like the default key bindings, they don't make sense.

Esc and alt do the same thing. Both enable the UI and let you move your mouse around to click things, it doesn't pop up with a menu to exit or change options, you need to press Esc or alt and then go to the bottom taskbar and click setting, then click logout, then click exit and wait 10 seconds. So redundant

I don't like the key bindings:
Q opens a targeting command menu
E opens a normal talking menu with preset phrases (Why not put both into 1 and make it lets say the V key that isn't used as much but still in good proximity

q,e,r,f should all be ability hotkeys just in my opinion.

Z opens achievements (what?)

middle mouse button centers your camera (I'm sure some people need this for whatever reason, OCD maybe? I never use it)

So right off the bat I changed all of these to suite my style.

As much as I think there is wrong with this game, there is still a certain type of community that goes with it.

Yes, I hate the game because it isn't what I'm used to, but I see what they're going for. It's a new idea and new ideas take time.

Was it worth the 3 days it took to download on my crappy internet? Gosh no! 28GB is waaay too much for a game I'm now going to uninstall 15 minutes after playing it.

I still see where they're going with this game and that is why I rate this up. It IS a good game, but it's not the type i'm willing to continue playing.

The game has been abandoned. Steam needs to remove it so these guys don't get any more money.
They locked the discussion boards and ban people that talk bad about this game so they can keep making money.

No updates in several months and no words from the Devs.
