It wasn't the Davey Wreden game I would've ever thought I wanted, but it absolutely was the Davey Wreden game I needed.

"A Very Small Wish" from the OST alone carries like- the *entire* purchase value of this franchise.

...No- seriously, why does Valve continue to sell raw cocaine on their store??? How are they still getting away with it?!

The sheer weight of the narrative punches this game pulls and the visual trickery it employs to do so put it in a weight class far above whatever I could've expected going in blind. Definitely a Top 5 horror game for me.

Y'know, I knew there was a risk of *rain*, but I wasn't told there'd also be a risk of *falling even deeper into roguelikes as a genre* as well.

Calling Sky an MMO is.... honestly a bit weird to me- all things considered.

And yet- despite that, this is- without a SHRED of doubt- the best MMO I've ever played.

If THAT doesn't convince you, I don't know what will.

Each and every individual element of this game did NOT miss; an absolute home-run of a game that kept me *hooked* the entire time. (ba-dum-tss)

This is the closest to Hollow Knight a metroidvania has genuinely made me feel since... Hollow Knight. Was NOT expecting remotely this level of quality from such an obscure game; THIS is a textbook hidden gem!

One of the most visually stunning games I've played in a long, long time. A few of the puzzles were a bit obtuse and I had to glance at walkthroughs, but the majority of the game was really smooth and solid for me, and the sheer quality in both the art direction and narrative kept me absolutely captivated the whole way through. Straight up do NOT understand the negative reviews this game got- it's an absolute BANGER.
