in order to get the map to work you need to find the map on the workshop, i think its gmod13_hotels_v1, but i'm not sure. yeah, i never got how to load saves from steam workshop, but all i know is there could possibly be some errors on the save if you dont have materials from the games i have (dont worry, i dont have counter strike, so you dont need it) i'm also unfamiliar with steam workshop too, so i feels ya. :P
