I remember a time when TF2 was my favorite game. To this day, it's still one of few games on my Steam account that's had over 400 hours put into it. It was this special microcosm of a game that I had waited years to play after being stuck with the outdated (but still fun) console versions.

And while I don't play as often anymore due to various reasons, seeing the state of the game it's in nowadays, it's heartbreaking. Valve made something special, and they're leaving it to the rot on the vine while working on a new game that could very easily see the same fate down the line once it stops being the profit maker.

Valve needs to do SOMETHING. And not just some 'We Hear You' platitude to wave off people who are legitimately concerned with the state of the game. They need to get rid of the bots, update the Anti-Cheat and make this game playable again.

And yes I know, you can just play on community server. But it's the principle of the matter. The game should function as intended.
