Como este perfil no tiene nada interesante voy a enseñar a hacer churros:

Ingredientes:

200g de harina de trigo sin levadura
250 ml de agua
50g de mantequilla
1 cascara de limón
Sal q.b.
3 huevos
Aceite para freír
Azúcar para espolvorear
Canela para espolvorear
Preparación:

1. En un tazón ligero al fuego el agua.
Sazonar con unas piedritas de sal.
Añada la cáscara de limón y la mantequilla.
Dejar hervir.

2. Cuando empiece a hervir, retire la cáscara de limón y añada la harina.
Mueve hasta despegar del tacho.
