Smart, and not afraid of unfamiliar topics and new concepts, and shows a good ability to learn and adapt. But it usually takes a session or two before afasfsafsaasffsa will engage in the discussion. afasfsafsaasffsa completes 90% of assignments on time and to a good standard. Sometimes afasfsafsaasffsa needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. Has proved to be trustworthy, but has not yet been given access to material of a highly confidential or sensitive nature.
