Там еще в руководстве есть "Решение технических проблем игры". И пункт с процессором тоже есть) Ну ниже 30 у меня не опускалось. Диких просадок не было, чтобы прям неиграбельно.

Можно попробовать. Сам я прошел в 40-50 фпс на ryzen 2600. В принципе я считаю все выше 30 фпс играбельным, можно лок в игре включить на 30)

Там чувак писал один такой финт. "Отдельного упоминания стоит оптимизация. Иногда происходили непонятные прерывания, а FPS первое время держался около 60-ти, хоть и менял настройки. В итоге оказалось, что нужно было зайти в «Панель управления Nvidia» - «Управление параметрами 3D», найти игру в «Программных настройках» и в поле «Вертикальная синхронизация» выбрать «Быстро», и вуаля, больше 100 FPS!"

Она не использует все ресурсы процессора и из-за этого в нее просто не возможно играть

Я просто в растерянности не счет ее оптимизации, думал поспрашивать у людей, которые в нее играли сколько фпс и тд
