I began my fitness journey as a natural bodybuilder, competing for 3 years. I was 21 at my first show. I am 6′ 0″ about 187 lbs contest, and a maintenance weight of ~200 lbs off-season. I work at the Zap as a gym manager in North Hobart – leaving a career in healthcare with the local hospital after nearly 4 years! I love helping others be proactive in their health and seeing them realize their fitness goals. I continue to work in health promotion as the office manager for the largest Physical Therapy Group in our area.
