I have made a white chair to sit upon,
Painted the room black to ease my eyes,
And built a white picture frame to place upon the wall,
But it which no picture I painted would fit.
For endless hours I have sat in the chair,
Staring at the empty picture frame.
But only recently has the emptiness of the room bothered me.
I longed for something to fill the gap in the frame.
To make the vast emptiness of the room seem gone.
I sat in that chair and stared at the picture frame until,
I almost thought the emptiness to be eternal.
Then my eyes came across your beauty.
