Khusus untuk ujian kali ini saya ingin kembali berpesan kepada anda bahwa anda harus berusaha mengerjakannya dengan baik dengan kekuatan anda sendiri.

Cara Membuat Ayam Kecap Pedas Manis

Bahan-bahan:

- 2 batang daun bawang
- 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
- 500 gram ayam potong
- 5 buah cabai rawit
- 100 ml air
- 2 buah cabai merah besar (opsional)
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 4 sendok makan kecap manis
- 1/2 ruas jahe
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay
- 1 1/2 sendok teh garam
- 1 buah tomat
- Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara membuat ayam kecap:

1. Potong ayam jadi enam bagian. Memarkan bawang putih dan jahe. Iris memanjang bawang bombay, kemudian iris menyerong daun bawang dan cabai merah besar. Potong-potong tomat seukuran dadu dan iris halus cabai rawit.

2. Panaskan minyak, lalu goreng ayam sampai setengah matang.

3. Tumis jahe, bawang bombay, dan bawang putih hingga layu. Masukkan ayam, aduk sebentar.

4. Tambahkan kecap manis, air, garam, dan lada. Masak sampai air menyusut dan ayam matang.

5. Selanjutnya masukkan tomat dan daun bawang. Aduk sebentar sampai cukup layu.
