The game quickly loses whatever novelty it has through the sheer repetitivness of its actions. Buying low and selling high quickly loses whatever enjoyment you get out of the game when the game crashes...

Im not going to go into the graphics, because this game is ten years old so its fair enough. But the amount of bugs, lack of any meaningful progression, the awful GUI, and the fact that fleeing from the terribly repetitve, and long, battles is so terribly clunky it makes me wonder how the constant space war is even viable.

Many of the features to the game dont seem to work well either, the game seems unfinished, which is surprising considering that the game celebrated its ten year aniversery last year. Which is ALMOST as inexcusable as the fact that the game proudly advertises the fact that there is a standalone expansion which can be YOURS for only another $9.99 and it has all these features! Every time that you close the game. Every. Time.

Sure, if the game is on sale for a couple of dollars and your at a point in youre life that youre not going to think back and regret that you didnt go to McDonalds and buy a hamburger or two then go for it. The game is fun for a couple of hours before you quickly relise that there's not much else to do...
