I had so much trouble figuring out the thumbnail myself, in the end what I did was that I openend up the original thumbnail in photoshop, added the picture I'd done on top of it and cropped it to fit, the saved the file. I'm sure there's an easier workaround on that though.

That sounds really strange with the water, did you check if you have a water tile placed somewhere? Or maybe it's a hightmap thing?

Again I'm by no means any expert and still learning myself. :)


By the way, do you have any tips on how to make walls snap? I got the snap options up, but I'm not sure about the symbols in the toolbar

Well the main one is uploading a thumbnail for my maps. I've swapped out the image file with my own and labelled it .png but it still doesn't appear on the mod manager, preventing me from uploading. Then also on one of my maps I have a strange glitch where there is a random water plane halfway up the world preventing gameplay.
