TF2 truly embodies the "Labor of Love" award. For 10 years, Valve has kept this game alive with constant updates and content such as new weapons, maps, cosmetics, and even the methods to create a thriving virtual economy. Nowadays, while updates are sparse due to a smaller team and the economy needs a major shift, the community keeps making content for Valve to add to the game, the team of 16 still on this game work tirelessly to improve it, and the game has consistently been in the top ten most played games on Steam a decade after launch. TF2 deserves this award, and I hope I can show any readers why I think so.
